Before you start

You can use this service to report a non-emergency repair for a council property, including communal areas.

• You need a UK mobile phone number or email address to request the repair online.
• You should only report one problem at a time.

Warning: If you suspect you have a gas leak, you must report it immediately to the Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 or via textphone (minicom) on 0800 371 787.

What is an emergency?

Repairs are an emergency if they could:

• be dangerous to your or others' health and safety
• cause serious damage and destruction to the property

Examples of emergency repairs include:

• collapsing floor
• collapsing ceiling
• water leaking onto electrics
